This Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of HM will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Washington within the United States. HM makes no representation that this Privacy Policy and our practices comply with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction. Visitors residing outside this jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, HM and its affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and other representatives (collectively, “HM Parties”) expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, we make no warranty that (i) the Site will meet your requirements, (ii) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Site will be corrected.

HM Parties shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with or relating to the use of or inability to use the site, including any liability as a publisher of information, as a reseller of any products or services, for any defective products, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your transmissions or data, for statements or conduct of any third party on the site, or for any other matter relating to this site or any third party website.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1) Appointment Time & Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late (or join late), the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time.

2) Rescheduling

You may reschedule one (1) time per appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Additional reschedules may be treated as a cancellation (see Section 3).

3) Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice: You may request a full refund.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Payment is non-refundable, but you may request a one-time courtesy rescheduling (see Section 6).

4) No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and do not contact us within 10 minutes of the start time, it is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in rare emergencies at our discretion.

5) Urgent / Same-Day Bookings (Within 48 Hours)

Any appointment booked within 48 hours of the scheduled start time is considered an Urgent Booking and includes an additional $50 urgent fee. All payments for Urgent Bookings (including the $50 fee) are final. Urgent Bookings are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

6) Emergencies & One-Time Courtesy

We understand that life happens. If you have a true emergency, you may request one courtesy rescheduling for a late cancellation. Documentation is not required, but requests must be made within 24 hours of the missed session.

7) Technology / Connection Issues (Virtual Sessions)

If a session is virtual and a technical issue prevents the session from occurring, we will attempt to troubleshoot quickly. If we cannot begin within 20 minutes, you may reschedule at no charge.

8) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
